Always a pleasure! Parking in their underground lot was a breeze and we were able to get from our vehicle right into the theater very quickly and comfortably. Seeing a show at the Pantages Theater is always a delight, the theaters absolutely exquisite both beautiful and historic. I thought the play Aladdin was absolutely fabulous! Lots of fun, very well acted, very high quality sets, and fantastic sound! Daniel Brackett who I understand is actually the understudy for the lead role was fantastic! I thought he did a fine job and I thought the man who played the genie was also absolutely incredible! Jafar looked right for the part, but seemed to have pretty low energy the night we saw it. Their dance numbers all needed "cleaning". The female members of the ensemble were closer to community theater level, rather than a national touring company. Sadly, the two leads - Jasmine and Alladin - had zero chemistry. The men in the ensemble had good timing, were well rehearsed, and sounded good.
